* Electricity and water/wastewater are metered and charged separately. Electricity is charged at $.10 / kw hour. Water is charged at a base rate of $14, wastewater at a base rate of $18 (base rate includes the first 1500 gallons used). Usage above 1500 gallons is charged at $3.53/1000 gallons for water and $4.68/1000 gallons for wastewater.
